Engaged to automate reporting, alerting and analytics of short-rail electronics control cabinets. The solution required integration into new installations and backwards compatibility into existing cabinets, needed to be field installable, and could not impose any risks to crossing operations during or after installation.

- Captured operational metrics for the enclosure and systems:

- Battery Condition Monitoring for primary and secondary battery
- Approach Signal
- Gate Control Signals
- Pre-Empt Signal
- Implemented Remote Control of secondary features such as relays, and miscellaneous digital and analog signals
- Developed DIN Rail mountable, bolt-on electronics to augment existing electronics
- Created SaaS platform for remote command, control and monitoring
- Built Native Mobile device applications for stakeholders, managers and service technicians
